Energy Minister Victor Parlicov believes that Moldova needs to focus renewable energy and energy efficiency. Parlicov said this on Friday at the ceremony of launching solar panels installed on the roof of the presidential administration building, INFOTAG reports. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has allocated $103,600 for this purpose.
