Monday, 24 June, has been declared a day of national mourning in Moldova to mourn the death of writer Spiridon Vangheli. As INFOTAG reports, in accordance with the decree of the President, the State Flag will be lowered in all settlements of Moldova, as well as in its diplomatic and consular missions abroad, and a minute of silence will be held at 12:00 in memory of the great children's writer.
