The Civic Coalition for Free and Fair Elections, “Coalition 2009”, has expressed its growing concern that the Communists-dominated Parliament of Moldova would not declare the date of the 2009 parliamentary elections, due next spring, and would not pass even a single legislative document to this effect. On Tuesday, the Coalition organized a news conference in Infotag and presented its first Report on a pre-election monitoring carried out in October through December this year.
