Chisinau. The campaign “A Vote for Culture”, organized by the National Association of Artistic Unions together with the Center for Cultural Policy, has been launched.

In the month following the July 29 parliamentary elections, the Communist Party was mentioned by the mass media in a positive light 3.4 times more often than the rest 4 parliamentary parties. Namely, there were 527 positive mentions of the Communists, whereas the Liberal Party, the Democratic Party, the Liberal Democratic Party and the Moldova Noastra Alliance had only 152 positive mentions all together.

Chisinau. Moldova's unification with Romania would be possible only as a result of a civil war and only if such war is won by supporters of unification, the leader of the pro-Russia Ravnopraviye [Equal Rights] Socio-Political Movement, Valeriu Climenco, has told a news conference in Infotag today.
