Chisinau. The National Council of the Socialist Party (SP) is proposing that at the forthcoming 2009 parliamentary elections, the Socialists should render support to the Ravnopraviye [Equal Rights] Socio-Political Movement headed by Valery Klimenko.
MNA WILL HAVE 52 MANDATES IN NEXT PARLIAMENT, URECHEAN CLAIMS
Chisinau. At the 2009 parliamentary elections, the oppositional Moldova Noastra Alliance (MNA) will receive approximately as much as in 2005 – some 34-35% ballots, which will enable it to have 52 mandates in the 101-member Moldovan legislative forum, MNA leader Serafim Urechean stated at the news conference in Infotag today.
LDPM APPEALS TO CONSTITUTIONAL COURT AGAINST DUAL CITIZENSHIP LAW

Chairman of the Democratic Forum of the Romanians of Moldova, Literatura şi Arta newspaper editor, writer Nicolae Dabija is standing for the Romanian Parliament as a candidate from the National Liberal Party of Romania, and says that if he is elected to the forum, he will be sparing no effort to protect the Romanians living outside Romania.
