Chisinau. The four parliamentarians that quitted the Communist faction recently – Vladimir Turcan, Victor Stepaniuc, Ludmila Belchenkova and Valentin Guznac – have lodged with the Parliament’s Permanent Bureau their own legislative initiative on amending the existing president election procedure.
