Lawyer Ion Dron maintains that the case of his customer Sergiu Mocanu, the leader of the Popular Action Movement and former Adviser-at-Large to President Vladimir Voronin, has been obviously fabricated because the prosecution has not yet provided whatever evidence of what Mocanu is being charged of – involvement into the April 7 disturbances in Chisinau.
