Three Moldovan cities: Balti, Orhei and Vadul lui Voda have improved their planning capacities in the field of integrated urban development, within the framework of the project Integra-ABLE, financed by the Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme 2007-2013 of the European Union. The Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme 2007-2013 is a program under the European Neighborhood & Partnership Instrument (ENPI) of the EU. It aims to contribute to: “a stronger and sustainable economic and social development of the regions of the Black Sea Basin”.
